You may not purchase other goods when picking up pre-orders. Our goal is to take care of all pick-up orders as quickly as possible.
Please come up to one of our dedicated Pickup counters (Left side) with your order number open on your phone (This should be a 5-digit number, generally starting with 4XXXX or 5XXXX)
You will be offered a clipboard/paper with your order number on it, to sign and verify it was picked up. During or after the con, your order will be marked as picked up and you will receive a verification e-mail.

NEW/UNINTENTIONAL: Pillowdear and Nemimi Yane bundles/hats/eyemasks (Due to manufacturer Delay preventing shipping occurring before OKE) - We will bring a limited amount of bundles to be picked up, plus ALL headwear. Please stay tuned for more info. Our goal is to make sure all Piwwos and Dormies will be able to wear their oshi's headwear for the con, but we can't know how many fans will be incoming to OKE, so it's a bit complex!
Weird: Lazuli Lad Hats, Waist bags, peekers, Dioramas (from Evergreen drop) - technically those items were only opened for SHIPPING, and the stock at offkai is first come first serve, please stand in line to buy them normally in the checkout line, and have kawa mark your order as picked up/refund your shipping manually. (we weren't 100% sure these items would arrive on time, and also, the hats have not arrived yet!!! fingers crossed...)
We take both cash and card. We will have 4 checkout lines open throughout the convention. There will be LESS checkout lines open friday morning, as we will be prioritizing pickup orders. We may prevent people from lining up if it will cause booths beside us to be blocked, so please come back later if that occurs! Sorry for the inconvenience.
We have no 'Offkai Exclusive' items, just limited stock based on what we made and brought to the convention. Some items are still open for pre-order online (Like the metal cards) which have a limit on how many can be made and sold, but in general, we tried to avoid producing items that would cause a stampede and disappointed fans due to items selling out.
Prices are set by the Vtuber clients themselves, so while we display 'Dakimakura $70' that may not be all-inclusive, some dakis may be slightly more or less. (Their prices are posted on our website!) Prices will be confirmed with you prior to checkout.
