What the Heck is Kawabunga??


Many of Kawa's clients, especially ex-agency talents, have been missing the fun of seasonal events often organized by agencies. And so, Kawabunga was born from our desire to help fill this void. We invited ALL of our clients to participate, and we're thrilled with how many decided to join in! The merchandise sales will help pay for song covers, meet & greet events, concerts, and more!


  • Cover Songs: Several Participants are working on song covers as part of the event, and we can't wait to show them to you!

  • Concerts: We are organizing concerts for both Kawacon and San Japan - so if you're near San Antonio this summer, you'll want to hit up both cons!

  • Meet & Greets: We will be hosting over 100 free meet & greets at each of Kawacon, OffKai Expo, and San Japan! You can expect to find many of the Kawabunga participants at all three cons!


Frequently Asked Questions


How long will merchandise be available?

All merchandise will be available online until the end of September. There is a separate pre-order deadline for pickup at OffKai Expo, but there is no rush if you'd just like the merchandise delivered to your home.


Will (NAME) be doing a Meet & Greet at (CONVENTION)? 

Maybe! Due to scheduling limitations, we can't guarantee anyone's availability at this time. Please keep an eye out for schedule announcements!


Is the SURGE!!! 3D Live Musical related to Kawabunga?

Yes, but actually, no. SURGE!!! was pitched to Kawa while we were planning Kawabunga, and many of the concert participants had signed up. While many of the performers will be participating in Kawabunga projects and events, they don't have dedicated Kawabunga merchandise, as the two events have very similar themes and artwork. It'd be a bit redundant, y'know?
