PRE-ORDER PICKUPS


Please come pick up your pre-orders on FRIDAY, JULY 24. We are hoping to process all pickups as quickly as possible. In order to do streamline the process, you will NOT be able to make new purchases when picking up pre-orders.

Please come up to our dedicated Pickup Counters (at the center of our booth) with your order confirmation email open on your phone. It should include a 5-digit order number, generally starting with a 4 or a 5.


You will be asked to sign for your order, in order to verify pickup. After the convention, you will receive confirmation of your pickup via email.

    • Some water bottles and tumbler cups were delayed and have not arrived yet; if your order contains one of these, we will ship it to you after the con, free of charge.

    • If you pre-ordered a Piwwo Hat or a Pillowdear Bundle, we will have a limited number of hats available for pickup. We will confirm your order number, mark it as fulfilled (or partially fulfilled, in the case of bundles) and refund your shipping.
  • Nemimi Yane New Outfit Debut - Plush Sleep Eyemasks
    • If you pre-ordered a Plush Sleep Eyemask or a Bedtime Bundle, we will have a limited number of eyemasks available for pickup. We will confirm your order number, mark it as fulfilled (or partially fulfilled, in the case of bundles) and refund your shipping.
  • Lazuli Lad Hats, Waist Bags, Peeker Decals, and Acrylic Dioramas
    • If you pre-ordered a Lad Hat, Waist Bag, Peeker Decal, or Acrylic Diorama, we will have a limited number available for pickup. We will confirm your order number, mark it as fulfilled (or partially fulfilled, in the case of bundles) and refund your shipping.


PURCHASING ITEMS AT OFFKAI


We will take both cash and card.


We will have two checkout counters open on Friday (center and right side of our booth). On Saturday and Sunday, all three counters will be dedicated checkout lines. For crowd control reasons (we don't want to block our neighbors), and to ensure as many pre-orders can be picked up as possible, we may ask you to come back on Saturday or Sunday in order to make purchases.


We do NOT have any Offkai-Exclusive merchandise. Everything was either available for pre-order before the convention, or is still available for order online (for post-convention fulfillment). Please do not stampede the booth!


Because individual Vtubers set their own prices, listed prices may change. We will be sure to confirm all prices with you at checkout.


YABAI MARKET


Certain items, such as dakimakuras and oppai mousepads, will only be available at our Yabai Market booth on Friday and Saturday night, due to Offkai rules. Thank you for understanding!

MEET & GREETS


The majority of our meet & greets are reserved, private sessions where you can chat one-on-one with your favorite Vtuber. These will be taking place on Screens A, B, and C. For these, you must check in at our information kiosk, where we will confirm your reservation and allow you to join the relevant line. We will try to accommodate as many walk-ups as possible, but advance reservations will be given priority, and we will only shift to admitting walk-ups once all advance reservations have gone through the line.


Screen D, however, will be entirely public and will not have a line. For these, you are welcome to simply walk up and chat with the Vtuber for as long as they'd like (provided there isn't a crowd forming).

GIFTS FOR VTUBERS


We will be accepting gifts for Vtubers on SUNDAY, JULY 26 ONLY. We cannot and will not accept any gifts on Friday or Saturday, so please don't bother bringing anything by.


We are not accepting gifts for everyone! Please refer to Kawa and/or your favorite Vtuber's social media to confirm if we will be accepting gifts for them. If they haven't announced that they're accepting gifts, we cannot take them!


All gifts must follow the following rules:

  • Gifts must be under 12" x 12" x 6" in size. Envelopes are ideal!
  • No food or other perishables are allowed.
  • No electronics of any kind are allowed.
  • No cash, gift cards, or other currency are allowed.


Any gifts that do not follow these rules cannot be accepted.


GIANT STANDEE AUCTIONS


Throughout the convention, we will be running silent auctions here on our website for a number of oversized standees. There will be both life-sized cardboard cutouts and 2-foot-tall acrylic standees available for bidding. Most have been signed by the Vtubers!

If you win an auction, you must pick up your standee on Sunday afternoon.
